More than just athletes! Pop Warner is the only national youth sports organization in America that requires it's participants to perform adequately in the classroom before permitting them to play. We believe that the standards set give these children a sense of responsibility and appreciation for academics and athletics that will help them develop later on in life.

I feel so fortunate that I am able to coach the wonderful kids in East County. Every year I begin the season planning and thinking about what we will teach the kids. It never fails that I end up learning so much more from each of them, than I could have ever taught them. The most gratifying thing about coaching is having a front row seat, to watch kids develop and overcome all of their fears and insecurities. I thank those of you that I have had the pleasure to teach and learn from.
